Rescue Squad 49, Ambulance 49C and Chief 49A as Volunteer Battalion Chief 886 responded to the five vehicle collision with entrapment at Cherry Lane and 197. Rescue Squad 49 and Rescue Engine 27 crews extricated one patient. Two patients were transported to a local trauma center and one to a local hospital.
