RE849 was dispatched as second due to a townhouse fire at 7600 block of Erica Lane.

E810 arrived on scene with smoke showing from side A, and Chief 810 established command shortly after.

RE849’s crew advanced a secondary line through side Alpha and worked with crews to extinguish the fire quickly.

Company 49 had two ambulances in service, and A849 was transferred to Co. 10 to help with other 911 calls in the area.

Crews remained on scene for 90 minutes until being placed in service.
