At 1045 Rescue Squad 849 was alerted to respond to the intersection of MD-450 and MD-410 in company 28’s first due for an auto accident with one trapped. While responding Rescue Squad 849 was advised that the driver was indeed trapped but stable. Squad 849 and Chief 849A arrived on scene and immediately went to work to extricate the victim. Shortly after arriving the patient was extricated and transported to a local trauma center for evaluation.
