Rescue squad, Ambulance 849 and Chief 849 responded for the report of a multi vehicle accident with possible entrapment.

Units from both PG county and AACo arrived on scene to find an a multiple vehicle accident with 1 trapped. One patient was extricated and flown to a local trauma center.

Several other patients where transported by ground to local trauma center.
