On Saturday, September 16th, at 1452hrs, Engine 849 and Ambulance 849C were alerted to respond to the 14700 block of Baltimore Ave for the report of smoke in the building with alarms sounding. Units arrived on location to find light smoke showing from a maintenance room. E849 made entry, found heavy smoke conditions throughout the structure, and extinguished a small fire in the hallway. Units operated for approximately 1 hour before returning to service.
