In the early morning hours of March 23, 2022 Ambulance 849C picked up a Laurel Citizen in labor and transported her to Holy Cross Hospital. The baby was ready to be delivered upon arrival at Holy Cross and the ambulance crew assisted the Holy Cross ED staff in delivering a healthy baby boy. The Laurel Volunteer Rescue Squad awards Capt. Tessa Livingston and FF/EMT Sarah Murphy with the “Stork Award”. Thanks for your service to the Citizens of Laurel.
