The Saturday Day Crew conducted an engaging and comprehensive EMS Training session focused on Spinal Immobilization techniques. Participants gained hands-on experience using a variety of equipment, including 9-foot “Old Fashion” Straps, Quick Clip Straps, and Velcro Spider Straps. Throughout the training, team members practiced critical skills in safely securing patients to spinal boards, ensuring optimal comfort and stability during transport. By the end of the session, crew members felt more confident in their abilities to manage spinal injuries effectively, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and communication in emergency medical situations.
